Company Profile
Jiangxi Yupeng Electric Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Jiangxi Yupeng Porcelain Insulator Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) was established on 26 April 2017. Headquartered at Tengfei Avenue No. 21, Luxi County Industrial Park, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, the company is a national high-tech enterprise focused on R&D, production, and sales of insulators and power fittings for transmission and distribution.
YUPG holds multiple patents, participates in drafting industry standards such as T/CASMES 603—2025 on product carbon footprint for power insulators, and is certified as a technology-based SME and specialized, refined, differential, and innovative SME. Products are widely used in procurement programs of State Grid Corporation of China, China Southern Power Grid, and provincial utilities across the country.

125 m gas-fired porcelain tunnel kiln — “Shengyu No.”
YUPG operates a dedicated porcelain insulator production base and experimental center. In 2020 the group invested in the “Shengyu No.” 125-meter gas-fired porcelain tunnel kiln—a modern line with industry-leading automation, compact layout, short cycle times, low energy consumption, high firing yield, and an intelligent firing control system that is easy to operate and built for long service life. Supporting facilities include more than ten sets of process trial and finished-goods inspection equipment, fully meeting ex-factory testing requirements.
Fully automatic green-body press
To secure capacity, efficiency, and quality, YUPG has invested in world-class fully automatic pressing equipment. The line delivers automated clay preparation and automated trimming & forming, improving throughput, precision, and flexibility while reducing labor intensity. Continuous high-precision operation saves floor space, stabilizes quality, and improves output in a safe and reliable manner.
